To make the etched marks, I remove the top waxy layer of a box with an X-acto knife. I use materials like wallpaper to develop texture on the plate. The plate is sealed with polyurethane.
The colors are added during the inking stage and blended during the wiping of the plate. Each print takes time to print by hand and is not a process one can rush.
Printed as a small edition of just 20 (all artwork signed and numbered).
